Secondary series display

Why is it that the only trades displayed on the price chart are those that are made on the primary series?

This doesn't seem to apply to the Strategy Analyzer chart. Why not ?

Could you please provide more information on what you are referring to specifically?

• What doesn't seem to apply to the Strategy Analyzer Chart?
• What are you trying to find out?
• Please provide a screenshot of what you are referring to.
  • If you are unsure of how to take a screenshot, I recommend using the Windows Snipping tool.
    • Click on the Windows Icon at the bottom of your screen and type the word "Snip"
    • Click on the Snipping tool, click New, then click and drag around the area you want to screenshot
    • Click File > Save As > Save the screenshot where you can find it

Your initial question just specifies a Chart so the information provided was for a Chart window that was opened from the Control Center > New > Chart menu.

• Much of the information in the screenshot above pertains to using a Chart window with Chart Trader to place and modify orders
• The Chart within the Strategy Analyzer doesn't have Chart Trader so it will function differently

Well, I'm just saying that when I run a strategy on the Strategy Analyzer that the only series displayed on the chart is the primary series. It would be very nice to see all series, in particular, seeing, on the chart, trades made on the secondary series, and to move from one of those trades to the next using Ctrl left/ right.

Thank you for the update.

Currently, the Strategy Analyzer is only able to be run on a single data series at a time. As well, it is only able to display a chart with orders shown on a single data series.

I am submitting a feature request to add the ability to run a backtest for multiple data series at once with the ability to see each of those Data Series plotted on the chart with their respective trades and the ability to move between them with a hotkey.

I will follow up with an internal tracking number for you to reference as soon as it is created.
