Why sometimes Options trades placed via OIF are failing

In few cases I see Option trades placed via OIF are successful

Automated trading for options is not supported. The only supported way to submit options orders is through the basic entry window linked with the option chain window:

Ok .. then is there a way for me to retrieve Option Chain via API in the AddOn code ?

There is an open feature request to allow indicators and strategies in the option chain SFT-4404. I will add a vote to this for you. There is no support for addon development with the option chain at this time.
