Live Strategy Missed Execution - Positions Not in Sync

Hello NT,

I ran a Ninjascript with live trades in my Interactive Brokers account today. I was monitoring the trading on the strategies tab of the main menu and noticed strategy position and the account position were no longer in sync. The Ninjascript exited the position per the strategy but my brokerage account did not. I'm seeing in the Output screen where Ninjascript closed the position out. Would appreciate if you could provide some guidance or references on how to troubleshoot this problem.

I'd like to look at your log and trace files to determine what may have occurred. Please send me your log and trace files directly from the platform rather than posting them here, since they may contain personally identifiable information, so that I may look into what happened.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
