    Strategy Analyzer No Longer Displaying New Analyzer Results

    I am not sure if I have inadvertently checked a setting that is preventing the display of new analyzer results in the log, or if I have something corrupted... I have tried to look through all the settings but to no avail...

    The primary issue is any new query I run on the analyzer is never displayed in the historical list of queries in the log below.

    Hello MattD888,

    Thank you for your post.

    First, what version of the platform are you currently running? You can find this under Help > About. The current version is 8.0.24.3.

    If you find you're using an earlier version, please update using the steps below and test:
    • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    • Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    • Enter your license key and press Submit
    • Select 'Download'
    • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
    Once installed, please test by running a backtest in the Strategy Analyzer using the built in Sample MA Crossover.

    If updating did not resolve the issue, are any errors present in the log tab of the Control Center? If so, what is the full text of the error?

        I don't see that you've answered most of my prior questions.

        Have you updated to the latest version as suggested in my above reply?

        If so, have you tested using the Sample MA Crossover?

        If you're still not seeing results logged, are any errors present in the log tab? If so, what is the full text of those errors?
