HSI Future data from Interactive Broker works for DOM but chart cannot be plotted

Hi Support,
I am using NT8 8.0.24.3 64-bit. Real time market data for HSI future is provided by Interactive Broker. The DOM HSI is updated for the price point and ask/bid contract. But no chart is plotted.
I tried to upload video (in mp4, flv or even mkv) but no permission.
5 pictures of continuous sequences/time are uploaded as an alternative.

Forex EURUSD is put side by side as a comparison. The real time market data is again provided by Interactive Broker. But the chart can be plotted for Forex.

It seems that connection to Interactive Broker for real time market data is no issue. But somehow chart for HSI future cannot be plotted.

Please help.

Hello Edison,

Can you please check what TWS version you have installed. Could it be you don't have the required version listed on the Interactive brokers connection guide at the link below?
