    Volume Profile

    Hello, I keep having issues with the platform loading right. My VP the one for today is not loading correctly. It's not defined it's just wide not showing any detailed at all. This keeps happening and I've tried reloading data and closing and reopening the platform. Getting frustrated here. thanks

    Thanks for posting.

    Please send us your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 3270754 Attn Tyler

      Hello, thank you for following up. I wanted to give it a day or so before I replied. The problem is it worked initially but like i loaded up today and it wasn't there at all. I did close out and reopened and now it's there. It seems I have to do that often.

        Can you provide a screenshot of what the indicator looks like when it is experiencing the issue?

          Hello, i wanted to see if it continued to do it after a few days. I've attached another image to the post here and the profile is still acting up not loading up correctly without me closing out and reopening again. Can this please be looked into?

            Thank you for your note.

            Does this persist after deleting your cache? To delete the cache, follow the steps below.
            • Shut down NinjaTrader.
            • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
            • Delete the sub-folders named 'cache' and 'tick'.
            • Restart NinjaTrader and test.
