    Hallo NT, seit heute habe ich Probleme eine Verbindung zu IB herzustellen. Im Log bekomme ich folgenden Fehler: IB failed to process server API request: 'Bei der Bearbeitung der Anfrage ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.-'cc' : cause - jextend.cc.n(cc.java:310)

    Hello NT, since today I have problems connecting to IB. I get the following error in the log: IB failed to process server API request: 'An error occurred while processing the request -' cc ': cause - jextend.cc.n (cc.java:310)

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    I'm unfamiliar with this specific error. Not to worry, we will get to the bottom of it!

    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
    • What version of TWS or IB Gateway do you currently have installed? (This is located in TWS at Help > About Trader Workstation)
    • Do your settings in both NinjaTrader and TWS match the settings laid out in our Interactive Brokers connection guide?

          Thank you for your reply.

          You are not using the correct build of TWS. Only build 985.1g is compatible with NinjaTrader, and this is the most likely reason for the issues that you are experiencing. You will need to uninstall the release of TWS that you are currently using and downgrade to the supported build of TWS (985.1g). You may download the supported version of TWS from the link below;After downgrading to the supported version, you should be able to connect without issue.

            Does NT have plans of updating to match TWS 10.10.2o? I have the same problem

              Hello Holligoly,

              Thanks for the note.

              There are not plans at this time to use TWS 10.102o as the supported version to connect with in NinjaTrader.

              Any changes to connection technologies, or other updated features, may be found in the Release Notes linked below once a new version of the platform is released:
