Cannot link Bank account to NinjaTrader Client Portal

As Title states, I keep on getting an error trying to connect my bank account to Ninjatrader Client Portal


I sent a email to [email protected] but I have not receive a response back.

What are the next steps?

Did you solve this problem? Was it a problem with your bank, or was it a bug in the platform? I'm new to Ninjatrader, and I'm still learning about setting up the premium features and paying for the service. I'm planning to open an account with a new bank https://www.referandsave.co.uk/tide/, and I'm researching the possibilities of trading on different platforms. I heard some financial platforms have problems with banks or online wallets. I'd like to know that this is not my case I'd be grateful for your clarifications.

If I remember correctly, it was a software bug. This was during the Ninjatrader transition from an external account partner with Ninjatrader, to internal. They've now updated their software: https://account.ninjatrader.com/welcome
