Hi I have never used the different PC since I set up an account. When I try to connect with my different PC, I am not sure how to do it. Can you help me on how to find a username and password? thanksTags: None

When you first opened your account, your broker should have sent
you an email with your credentials (aka, username and password).
Do you still have that email?
Do you know your username and password?
If not, you really should solve that first.
Afterwards, using those credentials to create a connection to
your broker from another PC is pretty simple.
Just realize you probably won't be able to connect to the same
broker from two different PCs at the same time. Most brokers
detect this and force disconnect your first connection when they
see you making a 2nd connection.

If you don't know your username and password, contact your broker.
They should be able to lookup your account and help you further.
If your broker is NinjaTrader Brokerage, then call or send email to,
brokeragesupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
The NT support folks on this forum do not support the brokerage
side of things, just the platform application side.
Once you get your credentials from the Brokerage Support side,
then the Platform Support side (aka, this forum) can help you set
up the connection inside NinjaTrader.

Thank you for your post.
Another option you can use is restoring a backup file. To transfer your connection, workspaces, settings, and custom add-ons to another PC, I would recommend creating a backup, transferring that file to your other PC, then restoring settings after installing NinjaTrader. You can use a flash drive to transfer the backup file from one computer to the next.
Backup & Restore
Please follow these steps to create a Backup Archive:
1. Disconnect from all connectivity providers (if connected) and from within the Control Center window select the Tools menu. Then select the menu Export and the menu item Backup File...
2. The "Backup NinjaTrader" dialog window will appear
3. Select the items you wish to back up
4. Press the "Export" button
Now, copy the backup file to a flash drive or email it to yourself. This will ensure the backup file is available in the 2nd PC.
In the 2nd PC.
1. From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Tools menu. Then select the menu Import and the Backup File... menu item
2. Select the backup archive to restore from the "Restore" file dialog window
3. Press the "Restore" button
4. Select the items you wish to restore
5. Press the "Import" button
You will now be presented with a status bar indicating the estimated time and progress of the import.
