    Weekly volume profile has gaps.

    Hello.

    I setup a Weekly volume profile chart with 4hr candles however I'm noticing that the profile is not picking up data where it should, therefore there's gaps in the profile. See below:

    I've tried various settings within the session manager however I can't get this data to show up. It looks like it's cutting out Sunday futures open and into Monday until 9:30am, but that time should be covered as shown in my session manager screenshot.

    I'm trying to show the weekly volume profile over 4hr extended session candles.

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3297813 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

          Thank you for your post.

          I responded to your email that was sent to platform support on Oct 7 2021, 05:45 PM MST.

          Here is that response:

          You can use the steps below to delete the cache and historical data for this instrument in the platform. The data will re-download when NinjaTrader reopens and connects to your data provider or brokerage account. Please use the following steps:
          • Close NinjaTrader
          • Open a Windows file explorer
          • Documents
          • NinjaTrader 8
          • Open the db folder
          • Delete the contents of the cache folder
          • Delete the folder using the instruments name from the day, minute, and tick folders
          • Start NinjaTrader
          Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

            Ok I did that and nothing changed - I still have gaps in the same places as the original picture.

            I tried different session templates again also.

              Thank you for your post.

              Please delete the cache and historical minute data for this instrument, and then re-download the data with the steps below to resolve.

              To delete historical data in the platform, please use the following steps:
              • Close NinjaTrader
              • Documents
              • NinjaTrader 8
              • Open the db folder
              • Delete the contents of the cache folder
              • In the Minute folder, delete the ES 12-21 folder.
              • Restart NinjaTrader
              Start NinjaTrader to automatically download the data again. This initial load may take a little longer than normal since all new data is being loaded from the historical data servers.

              Please do not hesitate to contact us for any other NinjaTrader inquiries you may have.
