    Hello Mohamad,
    Thank you for the question.

If you are using the exact same market data provider as your friend, your charts should be getting the same market data information.

Please have you and your friend make the exact same chart as described below:
    • Create a New chart for the EURUSD
    • Make it a 5-minute chart
    • Set the 'Days to load' to 10
    • Set the Time frame > Trading hours > To "Default 24x7"
    • Make sure 'Template' in the top-right corner is set to < None >
    • Click OK to make the chart
    • Does this chart load in as expected?
    • Do both of your charts look the same?
      • If not, right-click on the chart background and select "Reload All Historical Data"
      • Do the charts look the same now?
If your charts are still not lining up, please include a screenshot from each computer so that we may see the differences. Please make sure to include the entire chart in the screenshots.
    • If you are unsure of how to take a screenshot, I recommend using the Windows Snipping tool.
    • Click on the Windows Icon at the bottom of your screen and type the word "Snip"
    • Click on the Snipping tool, click New, then click and drag around the area you want to screenshot
    • Click File > Save As > Save the screenshot where you can find it
    • Please click here for a video demonstration

        Hello Mohamed,
        Thank you for the update.

Looking at the screenshots you provided, I can see that the steps were not followed exactly and 3rd party add-ons have been placed on the chart.
The goal is to test a basic NinjaTrader chart that has no Templates, Indicators, or 3rd party add-ons applied to the chart.
You must first test a basic NinjaTrader chart and verify that the underlying platform is working as expected and giving the same results.

Once you are able to verify that the underlying market data and platform are the same between you and your friend, you could then focus on why the information shown by the 3rd party add-on could look different.
If you and your friend load in the basic NinjaTrader chart and it looks the exact same, this will let you know that there is a setting on one of the add-ons or indicators that is causing the information to appear differently.

If you are using a different market data provider than your friend, the market data could be slightly different depending on how and what information each market data provider supplies through their feed. As well, if either of your computers are out of sync with the real-world time, this could result in bars having different timestamps between the two computers.
        • Please see the following link for more information on the different providers and what is available through their connection
        • Please see the following link for more information on why a chart could look different on two different computers:
        • Please use the steps below to change/check your Time Zone and sync the PC clock:
          • Shutdown NinjaTrader
          • Right-click the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop
          • Select Adjust date/time
          • For Windows 10 click 'Date, Time, and regional formatting' -> Then click 'Additional date, time, and regional settings' -> then click 'Set the time and date'
          • Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
          • Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
          • If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
          • If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)
            • After updating the PC clock, please restart NinjaTrader, then right-click the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.
We have no information or documentation on how your NinjaScript strategies are programmed to work and if having a different market data provider would have any effect on how the NinjaScript Strategies operate and place orders. You would need to reach out to the developers of the NinjaScript Strategies in use and verify if the Market Data provider in use would have any effect on how the NinjaScript Strategy operates.
