How to open XAU chart ?

Hi
I have been trying to find XAU forex chart in NT8 with demo account but nothing loads up when I open XAU chart, other forex pairs work fine

How can I load XAU/USD - Gold chart as I trade only this pair

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3312206" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thank you for your note.

The NinjaTrader Historical Data server does not record this instrument, it would not be expected to be able to load data for this instrument with the Forex demo account unfortunately.
