can only access Sim101

I had to remove my hard drive and put it in another computer.

Now I can log into NT8, but can only access Sim101 connection. What am I doing wrong?

The license key is what determines the accounts you can access, I would suggest ensuring your live license key is entered via Help > License Key in the Control Center.
