Sound Alerts Not working

Hello, I've attached a simple indicator that I downloaded from Ecosystems. the Price Alert. I noticed that I do get a text alert to the alert window. however, the sound isn't working. I've also tried to use Alert method on other indicators, I get text, but no sounds. I double check that the Sound file location and it's set correctly. Any idea why it isn't working? maybe a setting in Ninja 8 or something?

I'd like to take a closer look at your platform's log & trace files, as I was not yet able to recreate this behavior.

Could you send us these files through the platform? To do this, simply click on "Help" and "Email Support".

I had this problem. I solved it by entering the full path and filename of the sound file. Even though my sound file did exist in the 'Sounds' folder, NT8 wasn't finding it. But, entering the full path fixed the issue.
