    Cancelling Active Orders

When I go to exit out of NT8 I get a message that I have 12 Active Orders.

I did not place these orders (they are against a Test Account).

How do I cancel them? I have gone to the Orders tab and done a Cancel All, but they sill show.
I have done an Auto Close VIA Options, but they still show up.

How do I get these cancelled?

      Hello ATMtrader0001,

      Thanks for writing in.

CRITICAL — If your inquiry involves live orders, please always reach out to your broker's Orders Desk immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.

If your trades are with NinjaTrader Brokerage, you can contact NinjaTrader Brokerage Order Desk here:I'd be happy to assist you, but need just a bit more information. Please send me your log and trace files via email so that I may look further into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 3323261 Attn Zachary

I look forward to your reply.

I was testing an Automated Strategy against a Sample/Test Account (No live money).

I see this error in the log:
Failed to submit orders: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at NinjaTrader.Cbi.Account.UpdateAccountItems(DateTim e now, Boolean force) at NinjaTrader.Cbi.Account.Submit(IEnumerable`1 orders)

I can't send you the files as this workstation does not have access to email ports.

The strategy to submitted the order won't start now, so the order won't close.

          Hello ATMtrader0001,

          Thank you for your reply.

Order submission issues can be very hard to diagnose without the proper diagnostics. However, since they are simulated orders, they can be cleared from the database by resetting the simulator.
Resetting the simulator will clear the order history and will eliminate these orders from your platform. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account:
          • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
          • Right-click on your simulation account and select 'Edit Account'
          • Press the "Reset" button > Yes > OK
Please let us know if we may be of further assistance, or if the issuer persists.
