Number of executions part filled status

Hello

is there a way to know how many parts an entry or exit order is executed in before the order is completed?

I ask this, because when I execute an order most of the time it takes a status "Filled", but it also happens that it takes the status "PartFilled", when this happens it enters several times in the method "OnOrderUpdate" but does not capture the last one part of the execution

Thank you for your post.

You could certainly keep track of how many times the order partially fills in OnOrderUpdate by incrementing a counter each time you get a partial fill and then resetting that count once the trade fully fills. However, there's no way to know how many times the order will partially fill. For example, if you have a 10 quantity order, the most times it could partially fill before being fully filled is 9, as the 10th fill would make it fully filled, but you can't really know in advance if it will fill in two parts, or 3, or 10 in advance. What do you mean by "Does not capture the last one part of the execution"? Can you clarify?
