Data not load

Hello.
I have a problem with loading data. When I open a new chart and set load data of 2000 bars but it doesn't work it only load data of 5 days. Still this issue appears on EURUSD but not GBPUSD.

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3345627 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
