Disabling error pop-up messages

Hello,

I wanted to check the status of SFT-671 since there has been numerous number of threads asking for the exact same feature. It dates back to 2007 [1]. Here are a few other requests [2-9] on the same subject. What does it take to expedite the request since this specific request has been opened for nearly 14 years? How many more votes do you need?

User interest is not the only consideration when our development team looks at a feature request for possible inclusion in the platform. As such we cannot provide any kind of ETA or promise of fulfillment for any particular request.

In this regard, it is also important to consider the potential implications if this is being disabled by mistake. As a rejected order is always considered an error and can result in fees or even a fine, implementing a feature that hides these rejections needs to be assessed thoroughly, especially as the platform would not be able to discern between the various error types sent by the exchange/brokerage.

I do not wish to discredit the usefulness this feature would have, as we would not have the listed forum posts or votes in this regard if this feature wasn't wanted or useful, I simply hope for your understanding that our Platform Support Team does not have detailed insight into the timeline on feature requests to assist with more than a possible explanation.

"User interest is not the only consideration when our development team looks at a feature request for possible inclusion in the platform". Shouldn't this be the number 1 priority for the team since users are paying for the product/license?

I understand that the feature can/may cause serious issues but it *should* be at least available for playback/testing purposes at the very least. As you can understand that it's been more than a decade for this request and there is NO friction on the NT side. Hope the team takes this feature request into consideration.

While user interest is definitely an important factor, other factors, such as feasibility or available resources are factored into these decisions as well.
