    Problems with CQG when Download Historical Data

    Hello.
    I am trying to download historical data from ES futures contract for 10 years.
    I go to : Tools/ Historical Data > and select 10 years of ES futures contract.
    My data provider is CQG.
    When I click to Download, I can wait more than 1 hour..., and this data is not downloaded , and not window showing " downloading process" appears.
    Global Merge Policy ( in Options/Market Data) is set with "do not merge".
    How can I solve that ?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3355188" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
