Differences in Charts - same parameters - Trading partners

My mentor/coach/friend and I live in different countries are currently practicing as I watch his charts and follow along on my charts via zoom. I have noticed times as in today when my chart doesn't align perfectly with his. The overall trend and shape of price action will be similar but the candles are usually quite different.
I have attached his charts - mine have a black skin and his have a grey skin. If you look at them you can see the differences in the candles.

Any thoughts on what is creating this and how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you both have the same data provider?
Are the charts using the same DaysToLoad setting?
Do both PCs have the same time zone setting?

Thank you bltdavid - turns out his DaysToLoad setting was different - he had changed it without my knowing. It appears this was the issue.
