Getting bad prints depending on days loaded of data series

I have tried deleting my historical data and reloading. I have tried multiple data feeds. I continue to get bad prints.

The attached image has two charts side by side the left is my 1k tick chart and the right is the 377 tick. You can see the left chart read properly and it has global crosshair on showing where price action should be, but the chart on the right misses 20 minutes or so of price action and shows price far lower than it should be.

If I have days loaded at say 5 then one of the two reads properly and the other doesn't. If I change days loaded to 6 the situation flips.

EDIT: It seems I can get the prints to appear to fix themselves as far as price is concerned by changing days loaded on the 377 tick chart to 9, but then my oscillators dependent upon tick replay become broken and won't show any output for several days.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3373323" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
