SPY_SPYS 2111206 P 447 contract missing

Hi,

The abovementioned contract is missing from the options chain. Could you please have it added?
I've also noticed 443, 441, 439, 437, 433 strikes also missing.

You load the contracts provided by the connected broker/data feed connection. Can you please tell me to what broker/data feed you connect.

I'm connected to IB's TWS. The contracts are there in their option chain but they do not show up on NT8's option chain.

Does it make a difference if you perform a disconnect/re-connect of the Interactive Brokers connection in NinjaTrader?

Do you get the missing prices if you create a new Options Chain window?

Am I correct you have NinjaTrader 8.0.25.0? You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About.

Hi Jason,

It may actually be an IB issue. The strike was there for selection but when selected, it did not appear.
Checking with IB but don't think they are working on Sunday.
