    NT8 Won't start up

    Any ideas? I restarted my computer and now it won't load.

    Was NinjaTrader working previously, or has it never worked?

    Do any error messages appear when you attempt to open NinjaTrader? If so, what does the message report?

    Also, please send your NinjaTrader diagnostic files to us via email so we can see more details about your NinjaTrader. Follow these steps:
    • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
    • Make sure to include "3384922 ATTN Patrick G" in the subject of the message
    • Incude a link to this forum topic in the body of the message
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
