Data Feed not loading correctly after rollover.

Hello, my data feed is not loading correctly after automatic rollover of MES 12-21 to 3-21, for example i get this massive red bar every time i reload historical data, and then the tick counter continues to tick down super slow, using a 1000 tick chart, it will take up to 10 mins to print one bar, this will continue for awhile. However eveytime i reload historical data, it reloads the correct data, but then reprints the massive red bar.

I have restarted DB, and repaired. Messed around with the rollover date, and updated instruments. Nothing has been working.

    I'm running version 8.0.25.0 64-bit

    Hello caseymour127,

The MES doesn't rollover to 03-22 in NinjaTrader until 12/9. If you want to rollover before that and continue to merge past contracts, you will need to adjust the rollover date:
    • Control Center > Tools > Instruments
    • Locate and select 'MES' > Edit
    • Scroll down and select 'Edit rollovers'
    • Select the '03-22' contract from the 'configured' list
    • Edit the 'rollover date' to any date prior to today > OK > OK > Close
    • Right-click on your chart and select 'reload all historical data'
If you do not want your charts to merge back past contracts, you can change your merge policy to 'Do Not Merge' under Control Center > Tools > Options > Market Data > Global Merge Policy.

Below I have provided a link to the Understanding Merge Policies section of the help guide.

Hello thank you for your response, However after applying the rollover changes, it seems to have made my chart even more wonky.

Results to my 1000 tick chart after changes where made, you can note that it looks like an hourly chart even those its only 1000 ticks.
and it does not chart anything prior to Dec 6th.

Proof to show changes where made:

restoring historical data does not change the chart either.

any other recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Can you right click in your chart->Data Series->Increase the value for "Days to load" then click Ok and let me know if the issue persists.
