Missing data/candles

Hi there, I tried loading ES 03-22 chart but there's missing candles from sept 9 to dec 9 in the 60 mins chart.
Kindly help.

Using the CME FX Futures ETH (trading hours)

To reload your historical data please right-click in the background of your chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
