I tried to install the platform in my new device, but the software installed doesn't show the connection to Ninja Trader. I put my key code, closed the platform, re opened it but still, it shows other connections (e.g. Coinbase, eSignal) but not ninja broker. At the very beginning of the installation the software asked me to type the user id and password, but it eventually opened the platform automatically without giving me the time to input my data.
furthermore any time I put the key code or I start the platform, I received the message attached below, I reckon this is causing the issue.
