Thank you for your inquiry.
In order to properly diagnose the issue, I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files. Please send me your log and trace files via email, as well as your workspaces so that I may investigate.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
Expand the 'Other files' section and check the box next to 'Workspace files and UI Settings'
