Hello, I have my account all hooked up and have data streaming for MNQ and MES no problem, however with MYM, MCL, and MGC I have an issue. When I start up NT8 the data is loaded to the current date and time, but does not update automatically. I have to right click and 'Reload All Historical Data', which then updates the chart again, but it again will not update automatically. Is there an option I'm missing somewhere on those charts?Tags: None

Thank you for your message.
This behavior generally indicates that your account is not enabled for Real-time Data from the instruments on your account. Since you are getting the updated data when you reload your chart, your platform is getting Historical Data from the servers though.
You may double-check the Control Center > Logs tab for messages from your data provider indicating that you do not have a real-time data subscription for these instruments, and you will want to reach out to them directly to add that enablement to your account if needed. If you are using a NinjaTrader Continuum (NinjaTrader Brokerage) connection, you may reach out to our Brokerage Support team at [email protected].
