time extension on charts

is there a way to scroll further to the right hand on the charts, no data to the right, but in essence last bar would say be middle of screen and right side of screen just has open grid for bars to fill in?

For your inquiry, this is possible. When you scroll further to the right, wherever you stop the timeframe, that is where it will sit until the bar catches up to that moment in time.
