    Login to CQG no longer reliable

    Problems began with earlier NT8 release. Just installed 8.0.25.0 but this issue persists. Initial attempt to connect to CQG data almost always results in error message: CQG: Login System returned an error: Network connection to Login System is unavailable ... If I wait a minute or two and try again it will usually (but not always) connect. Sometimes it takes ten or fifteen minutes to get a connection. By contrast, connections to IB, TDA and Forex.com typically take no more than a few seconds. Once connected to CQG then everything works as well as ever. Never had this problem until recently, January 2022. Anyone care to comment?

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3458158 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
