Failures in sending e-mails from NT8

Hello
I have noticed random failures in receiving e-mails from NinjaTrader 8 during last two three weeks. The e-mails are generated by Market Analyser and 95% arrive well, but the rest is lost. Would you have any idea, what could be the cause?

Thank you for your note.

Are these emails coming from a custom triggered alert that you have setup? Do you receive any errors in the log tab of the control center?

If so, what do they say?

yes, they are comming from custom alerts and there are no error records in the log unfortunately. It seems like the problem is outside the alerting NT, may be at Ninja e-mail servers or receiving gmail service.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3462943" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
