    Externo "entry"

    Good morning team, I was doing trading, I entered a trade and somehow the system will not let me close the profits and also it wont let me move my stop loss. I had to log into Rhitmic and close the trade from there and after 2 hours I decided to check back on ninjatrader and it looks like it did another entry and I was losing money. I will attach what I got! Please help me.

    If you experience issues with live orders, please immediately reach out to your brokerage to ensure your open positions are being addressed.

    Once this has been resolved, please send us your platform's log & trace files, we can then best assist further.
