Why Order Cancelled

Hello Support,

I had a Short on NQ, I realised I was wrong so I reversed to Long, then I enter another Long Order, near support level.

I left home to run errands.

When I came back, I found my target is filled. But my second long had been cancelled at the my target is filled.

The second Long order is separate. The second Long order is using same ATM Strategy.

I attached my Order and Trade page and Chart.

We would need to review your platform's log and trace files to say for sure what happened with this order.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
