How to Queue Optimisation/AI Generate in Strategy Analyser?

HI NinjaTraders,

Is there any know way that can queue Optimisation or AI Generate Tasks?

I enjoy running different ideas through the analyser, but they take a long time - would be great if I could queue them up and let them run overnight.

My laptop is a tad bit old (i7 6th Gen, 16gb RAM, NVMe SSD) although my CPU usage is largely at 25% with small 10 second spikes to 100% and RAM at 48%.
An AI Generate with default settings of 5000 iterations takes hours. For an AI with reduced Generations to 10 and iterations of 1000, it takes around 35min to run.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to run a Backtest/Optimization/AI Generate programmatically from a NinjaScript Strategy. Backtests/Optimizations/AI Generate must be manually run by clicking the 'Run' button in the Strategy Analyzer window.

Hey gaz0001,

You could build an external application in say C# or Python that moves your mouse and clicks run with a scheduler library.

But yeah you can't programmatically run backtests in Ninja.
