    Ameritrade Account Sync Issues

    I just recently moved an IRA account from InterActive over to an existing account in Ameritrade (i.e. it lists two accounts once connected to NJ).
    When i submit orders via NJ they seem to not render the actual account status (e.g. i flatten a position in NJ and it does close out in Ameritrade but show's the position as still active and unchanged within NJ).

    Once i disconnect the account from NJ and reconnect, the status of any instruments are then accurate again.

    Any clue?

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
