    Login failed

    Hi,

    I got a message that said "the user CAST has closed your session" and now it's saying "login failed: the username or password is incorrect"

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Typically this means your account may have been disabled, though I recommend writing into brokeragesupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com for further details on your particular account status.
