Interactive Brokers missing in the "Connection Configuration" window.

Following the ninatrader help file to connect Ninjatrader Platform through the Interactive Brokers via IB Gateway. Interactive Brokers seems to be missing in my Ninjatrader Connection "Configure" window. Looking for support to connect my Interactive Brokers account.

Based on your screen shot, it appears that you are using a single broker license key to trade with Continuum. This is why you do not have any other brokers, such as Interactive Brokers, available in the list of connections.

In order to assist you further, please send a note to platformsales[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com and include your license key. You can access your license key from the NinjaTrader Control Center > Help > License Key.

1. What would it take to have my lifetime license switch over to Interactive Brokers?
2. What would be the differense in cost to have a license that allowed two brokers?
3. Who do I need to communicate with to get this done?

You're referring to a Single-Broker license key, which allows you to see
only one broker connection type in the Available Connections.

The only way to switch to a different broker connection type is send an
email to NT support and request them to change it.
