    performance problem

    Hello, I have a problem that the indicator signals do not appear until I reconnect again

    Is there a solution to this problem?

    Thanks for the post.

    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.
    • What is the 'Calculate' method for the indicator? You can find this by right-clicking, selecting Indicators, then reviewing the 'Calculate' setting for this particular one.

      2 Connected to a CQG demo account I got from your site

        Hello,

        Thanks for the reply.

        I see that you're using a much older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
        • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
        • Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
        • Enter your license key and press Submit
        • Select 'Download'
        • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
        Please let us know if the problem persists after updating.

            Thanks for the reply.

            So I may test on my end, can I confirm that it's the Wiseman fractal indicator you are using? It appears to be so but I just wanted to confirm.

            Please also send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

            You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

            Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
