I am losing connection to Rithmic almost every day during trading hours and I cannot re-connect until the afternoon, after the new trading day is starting (6 pm EST). I don't get any message but the connection dot stays yellow.
RTrader Pro is able to connect without problems - which tells me the problem remains in NT.
I'm not using the Plug-in mode.
I did try - Database management - Reset DB - close NT - clean cache, etc - no success to re-connect (still yellow light)
I've sent a ticket to support - no response.
Please advise.
