Where are global drawing objects stored in the NT8 documents folder?

I'm getting an error in my log when turning on the program and I'm wondering if there are global drawing objects remaining on a chart that I forgot about. Is there a directory where I can just delete all global drawing objects? Thanks.

Hi augustfay, thanks for posting. What does the error say exactly? The only way to mass-remove draw objects from the chart is to right click the chart>Drawing tools>Remove All. The only other alternative is to look for the specific draw object in the Drawing Object list and remove it.

    Kind regards,

I was thinking maybe there are some global drawing objects on instruments which I do not frequently use -thus I wouldn't know which instruments to navigate to so I can delete them from the chart function. Is there a way to check for those other than the current charts?

Here's the error from yesterday. This is the latest version of NT8.

Hi augustfay, The only way to see the draw objects list is from the chart. You would need to look through the Drawing Object list in each chart and eliminate the drawing object that is throwing the render error.

I see, but I have no idea what chart/instrument may have this global drawing object, is there no other way to clear out this data? For example, maybe I was browsing random currency pairs at some point or some stock and then closed the chart but the global object remains. Is the only way to find it to go through every possible instrument? There's no other place I can clear the data?

Hi augustfay, You would need to go through the draw objects list on each instrument or create a new workspace. Im sorry but there is no other method to manage the drawing tools.

Okay thank you for the information, creating a fresh workspace seems like the best option then.
