ES data missing between 3/10 and 5/13?

    ES data missing between 3/10 and 5/13?

    Hi,
    I cannot see any minutely data from ES future between 3/10/2022 and 5/13/2022. Though MES data is available during the time.
    Wondering is this just me or something went wrong?

    Thank you very much for your post.

    As a first step, please ensure you are connected to a provider that supplies data for this instrument.

    Once connected, please right-click the chart and select "Reload all historical data". This would then replace the existing historical data, which should resolve this error.

    Should this not fill the gaps, please send me your platform's log & trace files, I can then best assist further.

      Thank you for the prompt reply, I am able to see the data after clicking "Reload all historical data" in the chart.

      Is there a way to scan the database and automatically fix any missing historical data? My strategy relies on data from multiple instruments, I'm afraid that if there's any other missing data I'm not aware of, the backtesting will lose its fidelity.

        Thank you very much for your reply.

        You could delete all of NinjaTrader's historical data. This would then force the platform to redownload this, ensuring all data is available.

        To do this, please click on Tools > Historical Data, switch to the "Edit" tab, and unfold the "Historical Data" category. You may then either delete the data for individual or all instruments by right-clicking the instrument itself (or "Historical Data") and selecting "Remove".

        Once removed, I would suggest restarting the platform, as this forces all charts to reload/redownload the data.
