Daily chart with 365 days do not load complete data

How do I get NT8 to show me m1 year of daily data for a futures contract? For example, when I open a daily chart of ES 09-22 it defaults to 365 in the "Days to load" menu.
The chart only loads data from 3/14/2022 to current date.
How do i fix this issue??

I am using Ninja brokerage with the Continuum data feed.

    Welcome to the forums!

Were you connected to your broker when you created that chart?

If you had been connected, NT would have automatically downloaded
the missing historical data to complete the chart.

    Be aware,
Since it is the weekend, brokerages connections might be hit or miss.
Weekends are their only time to perform system maintenance.

Yes, i was connected to the broker & i still am connected but the chart is not loading data prior to 3/14.
I emailed the NT platform support & then posted here.. Hoping to get this resolved soon

        Hello Alpha2Omega007,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Market data. Set 'Global merge policy' to 'Merge back adjusted' and click OK. Subsequently right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Check if the chart now loads 365 days of historical data.

If the issue remains, please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instruments. Double click the ES futures and check the 'Merge policy' setting. Make sure it is using 'Use global settings' or 'Merge back adjusted'.
