Hello,

I recommended to a fellow in a room NinjaTrader, he downloaded the platform but has only the dataprovider shown in the screenshot. What to do for having NinjaTradrerContinuum please?

The usual answer is to send your license key in an email to support and ask
that your license key be switched to the desired Connection type. They will
probably only do this for paid/leased license keys, not sure.

Or, purchase a multi-broker license and you get to see all Connections as
available all the time.

Thank you for your inquiry.

The user is using a license key that is only enabled for Rithmic. If he wants to use that license key, and connect to NinjaTrader Continuum, he will need to have his license converted or upgrade to a Multi Broker key. They can be contacted at platformsales(at)ninjatrader(dot)com.

If he is just looking to simulate, he can swap out his license key for the free Simulation Edition key and will be able to access NinjaTrader Continuum. He will want to copy the license key provided below and paste it under the Control Center> Help> License Key:

However, he needs to keep in mind that this key does not allow you to trade live and you will only be able to see and use internal simulation accounts. He will also want to make sure that he stores his live license key in a location that he can access it, should he want to connect to his live Rithmic account in the future.
