Can't create ES 1 min chart in NT8 although I can in IB TWS which provides the data

Problem: I can't create ES 1 min chart in NinjaTrader although I can create the same chart in IB TWS which provides the data to NinjaTrader

Details:
a. NT 8.0.26.1 is connected to IB TWS. (1st image below)
b. TWS can create ES 1 min chart (2nd image)
c. NT ES 1min chart is blank. No error messages generated, just blank. (3rd image)

Thank you for your post.

Please make sure to use the 981.3i version of TWS, listed in our Connection Guide as other versions may have unintended results.

Then email us your log and trace files from the NinjaTrader platform, so that we may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
