Lifetime License not UNLOCKING

I have a lifetime multi-broker license key
I cannot unlock the ORDERFLOW
I currently do not have a funded account, but have signed up for a funded trader type account where they give you data and such for a fee.
Using their keys I can get data fine.
Unfortunately I am not able to use my nt8 orderflow, it says lifetime license needed.
How do I unlock the orderflow? My lifetime key is not working when I input into license key(where the funded combine key is).

Hello peregrine,

If you want to access the Order Flow+ tools, you will need to enter your lifetime license key while you are trading in the evaluation account. You should be able to connect to the evaluation account while you have your lifetime license key entered. You do not need to use the license key that this company provided.

My lifetime license key worked fine in the past, and works fine inputting it into ninjatrader.com existing user download. It does not work fine inputting it into my license key part of my nt8.

I have done it fine in the past, it does not work now. Maybe something else is the problem, but it says ".... Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection.(Login failed)
