Can't connect to ninjatrader continuum demo account for days

    Can't connect to ninjatrader continuum demo account for days

    So i was working about everyday but when i didn't log in for about 5 days i keep getting now (network connection to the order routing system is unavailable (logon failed) )I've tried everything from reinstalling to clearing dns, created several accounts but nothing seems to get it done please if anyone can help me it would be life saving and thanks.

    Here is the error message i keep getting please can anyone just give me a clue of what is happening, I've tried everything, i just need to reset my computer but im afraid it wouldn't work either.

      Thank you for your patience and I apologize for the delay in our reply as we've switched to a new support system that created a backlog of support requests.

      It appears you wrote in several times regarding this and should have received responses on July 22 and July 26th from our support staff - have you received those emails? Please respond to those and we will be happy to assist further.
