No data- IB unable to connect to DAX and FDAX

This morning some messages errors
- IB was unable to locate instrument. Please verify your symbol mapping is correct for instrument FDAX 09-22 Eurex
- for instrument ^DAX: IB was unable to locate instrument. Please verify your symbol mapping is correct for instrument ^DAX Xetra

Possibly symbol mapping has not been updated or NinjaTrader API for Interactive Brokers is defunct.

Have quite a few guys complaining, because Kinetick is down for 36 hours now and they tried to switch to Interactive Brokers feed, which does not work either. Now using IQ feed.

What is happening here?

Following mapping WORKS for index instrument with IB TWS 10.12.2p, NT8.0.26.1

Index Instrument: ^FDAX, symbol map: 'DAX|EUREX' , exchange: EUREX
Index Instrument: ^STOXX50, symbol map: 'ESTX50|EUREX' , exchange: EUREX

Still waiting for answer for future instrument......

tried following combination but non work
symbol map: 'DAX|EUREX|||25' , exchange: EUREX
symbol map: 'DAX|EUREX|||25' , exchange: Default
symbol map: 'DAX|||25|EUREX' , exchange: EUREX
symbol map: 'ESTX50|EUREX|||10' , exchange: EUREX

There must be at most 3 vertical bars in the mapping

Thank you for the information. Seems to work for FDAX and FESX. What would be the correct setting for FDXM, FGBL and FGBM? FDXM has been disabled by NinjaTrader - for what reason?

FGBL 09/22 Mappiing is GBL|EUREX||

Rollover was Jun 2, to load historical data before rollover you have to change the mapping.

FGBM should be equivalent, I did not try it.

Only one of FDAX(FDXM/FDXS is supported, the incoming order information is ambigous
