    Strategy analyzer only running against a few days when I have entire months selected.

    I'm running a strategy analyzer against NQ 06-22 and have the dates March 12 - June 11 selected. I have the market replay data downloaded for these dates.
    The strategy is very basic since I'm testing it and it has hundreds in recent month but during this period it only has 3 trades.
    When I check the Chart results it's only picking up May 25 - May 31. Where is all of my March, April, May and June? They should be showing if I have those dates selected.
    If I go into Playback mode I can see all these dates/months, just not in strategy analyzer for some reason.

    Hello MatthewLesko,

    You would need to use the Playback connection and not the strategy analyzer if you want to use that playback data. The strategy analyzer uses historical data and will not use playback data. You need to make sure you have historical 1 minute data for the date range from the image you provided.

      Hmm that is strange as it's worked before. I'm using a 3rd party to download the data so it's just the full day each I download.
      What's the difference been past historical and past for replay?

          Hello MatthewLesko,

          If it worked before that means you had historical data for that time period. Playback data has never been able to be used with the strategy analyzer, those are two different tools which use different types of data. The analyzer uses historical data and the playback connection uses playback data which is recorded live data.

          How far back depends on the provider being used and their historical data availability for the bar type you picked. You would need to open a chart and try to load the time period that you wanted to test to see if the data is downloaded for that time. That would be while using your live data feed and not the playback connection. You can also use the historical data manager to download or view historical data.
