    Administrator trading message

    I am getting the attached pop up message when attempting to execute futures trades - doesn't occur with other brokers for what that's worth. Thanks for any help

    Thank you for your message.


    This error message indicates that your broker (Apex) has stopped allowing trades to be placed on your account. You will need to reach out to them (Apex) directly to resolve this Rejection message and re-enable your account for trading.
