Historical data doesn't load more than 2 months back.

I am currently using ThinkOrSwim as my connection to NT8, and it works well. The only problem is that if I want to look back or backtest more than 2 months ago from now the data doesn't load. It is for equities.
Can anyone help? I've contacted both TOS and NT8 support and they both told me to contact the other party.
TOS in reply claimed they provide up to 20 years of historical data for their end.

That chart doesn't really seems to give me any details for my issue. And TD Ameritrade said that on their end they provide 20 years of data so im not sure where the issue is coming from. Can NT tell me a different data provider I can use that will work?
